What's next for Factouries?

We stumbled upon Le Palais du Pain d' Epices in Gertwiller, France and would love to go back and take the tour

Now that we have our first Factouries tour under our belt we need to plan for what's next.  I think that we need to do a little bit of tweaking on our Evaluation Survey.  I didn't realize how important the gift shop was to the tour as a whole so will be adding a gift shop section to the evaluation.
